2018 Mission Possible Award Winner Charlotte Bilingual Preschool has been selected as a MECK Pre-K site. As they enter their 20th year of service, this partnership will enable them to provide families with extended day preschool programs for the first time.
Apparo helped the Charlotte Bilingual Preschool after they received Apparo’s 2018 Mission Possible Economic Opportunity Award.
The Ada Jenkins Center received Apparo’s 2019 Mission Possible: The Economic Opportunity Award, sponsored by Accenture, on May 11 at the 13th Annual ConnectivIT® Ball. Apparo’s ConnectivIT® Series culminated at the Ball, where the organization reached a series fundraising total of more than $1 million.
In 2016, The Lupus Foundation of North Carolina won Apparo’s Technology Innovation Award (now, Mission Possible Award), sponsored by Accenture. Project Inclusion was born.
This year’s winner is Charlotte Bilingual Preschool, a five-star licensed preschool that prepares low-income Spanish-speaking students to enter kindergarten ready to learn.
Economic opportunity and upward mobility were front and center at Apparo’s 11th annual ConnectivIT Ball where Heart Math Tutoring received the Mission Possible Economic Opportunity Award.
Apparo, a nonprofit that provides business and technology solutions for Charlotte-area nonprofits, announced today that the Lupus Foundation of America, North Carolina Chapter has won the 2016 Technology Innovation Award (TIA), sponsored by Accenture.
“This grant will allow our foundation to provide greater connectivity to those who feel isolated due to their diagnosis of lupus,” said Christine John-Fuller, President & CEO of the LFANC.
Accenture assisted FCS in implementing the technology needed to conduct virtual training for clients including prenatal and vocational education programs such as nutrition and financial literacy.
