G.A.I.N. – powered by Lowe’s
Memory and Movement Charlotte has embarked another phase in their G.A.I.N. journey: their migration to SharePoint with volunteers from Accenture.
Memory & Movement Charlotte (MMC) is devoted to meeting the medical, safety and behavioral needs of patients with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and other forms of memory and movement disorders. Using a time-and-attention model, MMC develops a care plan for each patient. At the same time, caregivers receive continuing education, and time to ask questions and express concerns. No one is turned away.
In this phase of their G.A.I.N. journey they were matched with a volunteer team from Accenture to help them migrate to Microsoft 365, set up their new SharePoint site, implement the file structure and guide them in data clean up and migration of files to the new site. Bill Hammelman of Carolina Computer Partners will serve as the Epic Change Agent to facilitate this project. The G.A.I.N. program is generously sponsored by Lowe’s and EY.
