In the near future we see CX benefitting from an explosion of technologies, a change in organizational models, and a fundamental shift in the interactions between a company and its customers. From the next wave of machine learning and AI will come a flood of customer data — from nearly everywhere. And across organizations, we see shifting lines in business as technology becomes truly omnipresent.
