Henry Santos, CIO, Movement Mortgage

Santos HenryAfter making his mark at IBM, Accenture and other large corporations, Henry Santos joined Movement Mortgage in 2017 as its chief information officer. He brings a rare combination of high achievement and servant leadership to the role, which sees him leading Movement’s strategy to design, develop and integrate advanced technology into a next-generation automated lending experience.

Most recently, Henry led IBM’s Mortgage Business Services unit, and was previously a partner at The Capital Markets Company and managing director at Accenture Credit Services, where he led the housing finance technical services division. Early in his career, he coached football at Davidson College and spent time as a high school coach and teacher in New York City.

A native of Edison, New Jersey, Henry holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Columbia University, where he played varsity football and baseball. He also earned a master’s degree in human development and social policy from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education. Henry lives in Charlotte with his wife Betsy. Together, they have a daughter, Shelby, and two sons, Hank and Jack. Henry spends time volunteering with Movement Foundation, Samaritan’s Feet, Room at the Inn homeless sheltering program and the YMCA.
