Cynthia Nutini

Nutini_Cynthia.jpgCynthia (Cindy) is a professional services executive specializing in delivering process transformation to solve business and operational challenges. She has over 29 years experience, including 11 at a large global bank at which she held roles in the front office and control functions including COO, technology and compliance. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Operations Transformation for Deloitte. 

Cindy's responsibilities and experience includes; client management, change management, control infrastructure implementation and remediation, process transformation, operational excellence, legal day one and post-merger integration, and back office operations consolidation.

Over the course of Cindy’s career, she has demonstrated a proven track record of leading diverse teams that drive technology strategies through to implementation.

Heavily involved in the community, Cindy is the treasurer of the Women's Bond Club (WBC), which provides education, mentoring and networking opportunities for women in financial services industries, in addition to leading an annual collection of holiday cards for hospitalized children and participating in Deloitte IMPACT Day, a firm-wide day of service for locally-driven projects to support community needs.

Cindy received her undergraduate degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. She has three daughters, Cassidy (21), Julia (19) and Ava (14). Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, including their three dogs, Beau, Lucy and Max, and making frequent trips to the beach. She also appreciates opportunities to travel, cook, read and relax with friends.

Cindy has recently participated in the Richard Petty Racing experience and is looking forward to improving her time in 2018.
