Christian Adoption Services (partnership pending)
Since 1979, CAS has assisted in the placement of over 2,000 children into loving families. They have a location in Matthews and Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
The mission of Autism Services of Mecklenburg County is to provide the highest quality residential and support services for adults with Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and other disabilities by listening to and respecting the rights and wishes of each individual and their family, and assisting them to be active and involved members of the community.
Joedance Film Festival raises funds and awareness of rare pediatric cancers, specifically, sarcomas, blastomas and brain tumors, for research and clinical trials at Levine Children’s Hospital. Joedance, held annually, is committed to screen films of Charlotte, North Carolina film producers, writers and directors.
Gaston County Family YMCA
Gaston County Family YMCA started a program to help end the cycle of poverty in their community through the creation of a Resource Connection Gateway. The Resource Connection Gateway provides a single connection point to resources to address these and other human needs. The Gateway extends a hand-up and not just a hand-out to anyone in need.
Tosco Music is a 501c3 founded in 1977. Their mission is to present a wide variety of music through performances and outreach programs; foster a sense of community among listeners and performers; and connecting professional and amateur musicians to share & inspire each other.
