Brad Mark is responsible for district strategy and execution for the portfolio of Microsoft Office 365 and Lync solutions for our Enterprise clients. In 2010, Brad joined Microsoft as district specialist manager. In his time as a business leader, his team delivered consistently and sustained high performance in market share gains, profitability, customer and partner satisfaction.
In his capacity as Online and Unified Communications (UC) manager, he discusses the Microsoft strategy related to cloud services and the benefits of adopting these services can bring to ones organization. Brad's balanced business scorecard success includes double digit revenue growth, market effectiveness, competitive wins, community relations and high employee morale.In this key leadership role, Brad focuses on cloud services and on premise technology together to address the unique needs that face our technology industry.
His past experiences of more than 12 years in telecommunications and outsourcing functions with AT&T, Brad understands and relates to wide range of complex environments that face today's IT executive leadership. Brad plays an active role in speaking at industry panel discussions on how Unified Communications and Cloud Computing which are changing the way small, medium, and enterprise companies are consuming technology.
Beyond the Apparo board, Brad holds a board position on MPUMC world mission committee, A Methodist church that provides aid to Costa Rico, Brazil, Romania. Prior to Microsoft : Brad spent 11 years with AT&T and was accountable for global strategy and execution for wireless, wireline, and application services worldwide for Fortune 100 clients.
Previous positions included Sales Director of Marriott, Account Director of Rexam as well as other customer-focused sales roles. He holds his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and International business from Western Carolina University. To increase his international experience in business management, he spent one year living and working in The Netherlands.
Brad currently resides in Charlotte NC with his wife Erica and sons Ayden and Brady.
